SD-800 and SD-1000 series devices
- Structurally, they coincide and work according to the same algorithm, the only difference is in the length of the forming elements and the rolling rolls, i.e. on the SD-800 apparatus, forming elements with a length of 136 mm and, respectively, rolls of 110 and 120 mm are used, and on an apparatus of SD-1000, forming elements with a length of 188 mm and, respectively, rolls of 170 and 180 mm. In general, the forming elements and the feed system remained unchanged from the devices of the SD-600 series, which differ from the SD-800 and SD-1000 only in the design of rolling.
- On devices of the SD-800 series, it is allowed to use forming elements from the device of the SD-600 series with a finished product weight of 10 g or more. and above, also completely interchangeable nozzles for feeding the filling. In terms of the method of filling the filling and forming the product, this applies to all devices of the SD series (SD-300, SD-500, SD-600, SD-700, SD-800, SD-1000). The nozzles on all devices except for the SD-1000 are interchangeable, on the SD-1000 the nozzle has a different length due to the increased length of the forming elements.
- The unique design of our nozzles allows to use a dough tape, the width of which is only 30-80 mm longer than the length of the exit slot of the nozzle, which significantly reduces dough waste while eliminating its contamination with the filling.
