MT-70, MT-70(N), MT-70(P) and MT-70(NP) dough mixing machines
MT-70, MT-70(N), MT-70(P) and MT-70(NP) dough mixing machines are used at the low productivity bread baking companies, confectionery and catering workshops, etc.
Dough mixing machine is designed for preparation of the following batches:
- wheat and rye dough;
- stiff doughnuts dough (doughnuts, dried biscuits, bagels, etc.);
- pelmeni (meat dumpling) dough;
- confectionery products and confectionery mass, production of spice cakes, cookies, etc.;
- meat semi-finished products used in pizza, pelmeni (meat dumplings), chebureks (Caucasian meat pasties), vareniki (curd and fruit dumplings) and other production.
Machine design and mode of operation
Dough mixing machine consists of a welded trough or a trough equipped with a thermal jacket, where the all welded mixing shafts are installed. The trough with a jacket and the mixing shafts are manufactured using the ordinary quality carbon steel in accordance with the Ministry of Health permission or the X18H9T stainless steel in accordance with the Ministry of Health permission.
Transmission of these shafts is ensured by an electric motor. The machine trough is equipped with a hinged cover to prevent flour release during dough mixing. In order to unload the finished dough, it is necessary to pull the lever and to rotate the trough until it stops. All components and fences are attached to the frame with screws. Dough mixing is performed using the mixing shafts, which are rotating towards one another. The end switch located on the side of the trough is designed to disable the mixing shafts, when the cover is overturned for unloading the dough. In order to prepare the dough, it is necessary to load the trough with required components. Apply voltage to the control panel using the switch.
By pressing the button, start the mixing shafts transmission and mix the product until ready. If necessary, through connection (flexible tubes) in the mixing reservoir thermal jacket steam or hot water for heating the mixed components or cold water for cooling thereof is supplied in accordance with the production technology. Next, by pressing the button, turn off the transmission, raise the lever vertically and using it rotate the trough the way down to start unloading the trough onto the table or in the deja (mixing bowl). Returning the trough to its original position is performed in the same way by hand using the same lever.
